Judging Process

  • Three Finalist will be chosen for each category and invited to the Awards Presentation.
  • The Innovation Awards will be judged by an Independent Panel of 3 Judges.
  • The Exhibition Awards will be judged by a separate Independent Panel of 2 Judges.
  • The Judges decision is final and cannot be disputed.
  • The Judges will be asked to provide comments on their chosen finalists / winners.
  • The People’s Choice award will be judged by a randomly selected group of Super Ticket Holders.

Innovation Awards

  • Entries close 5pm 29th October 2018
  • The business entering the awards must be an exhibitor at EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.
  • The Innovation awards must be entered by filling out the entry form and meeting the criteria.
  • This product must not have been on the world market longer than 24 months prior to 15th November 2018.
  • Australian Distributors entering products on another Company’s behalf must have permission to enter the awards.
  • The product must be fully developed and already on the Australian Market or ready for launch at EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.
  • A representative must be available to attend the awards presentation on the 17th November 2018.
  • An interview will be filmed with all finalist at EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.
  • Three Finalist will be chosen for each category

Exhibition Display Awards

  • All EQUITANA trade stand exhibitors are automatically entered into the Exhibition Display Awards.

Privacy

  • Entries are handled and processed by Show Pony Graphics.
  • Your entry will be processed and provided to the Judges for judging.
  • Your entry will not be shared with any third-parties.
  • By Entering the Awards you give Show Pony Graphics / EQUITANA permission to use photos / information for future promotion of the Awards.
