2018 Exhibition Display Awards

All trade stand exhibitors are automatically entered into the Exhibition Awards.

There is no need to pre-enter. The awards will be judged by two independent judges from Thursday 15th November 2018 – Friday 17th of November 2018.

Finalists will be notified and video interviewed on Saturday 17th of November 2018.

The winner / runner up  will be invited to the Awards Presentation to be held at the EQUITANA VIP Night Saturday 17th of November 2018, where they will be announced and presented with their awards.

This award celebrates the creative trade stand design of smaller spaces. These smaller stands can really show an effective use of space and design.

  • Stand Visual Design (Quality of the build, creativity, use of space, colour & light)
  • Stand Appeal (Friendly personnel, interactive experience, stand engagement)

This award celebrates the creative trade stand design of larger spaces which offer an opportunity to be really creative and engage visitors.

  • Stand Visual Design (Quality of the build, creativity, use of space, colour & light)
  • Stand Appeal (Friendly personnel, interactive experience, stand engagement)

This award is judged based on the stands popularity amongst the visitors! A selection of Super Ticket Holders will be asked to choose their favourite stand.

2018 Innovation Awards

ENTRIES CLOSE 5PM 1ST NOVEMBER 2018

These awards are judged on a written / photographic submission. These awards are free to enter by any exhibitor at EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.

  • The awards will be judged by an independent panel of 3 judges prior to EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.
  • Finalists will be announced / notified Monday 12th, November, 2018
  • The winner / runner up will be invited to the Awards Presentation to be held at the EQUITANA VIP Night Saturday 17th of November 2018, where they will be announced and presented with their awards.

The Rider Innovation award celebrates new and innovative products suitable for the Equestrian Rider on and off the horse.

This award is for products that have not been on the world market for more than 24 months and are either significantly different to what is currently available on the market, or seek to improve what is already out there.

  • The business entering the awards must be an exhibitor at EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.
  • This product must not have been on the world market longer than 24 months prior to 15th November 2018.
  • This product should have stand out differences to what is currently available on the market.
  • Australian Distributors entering products on another Company’s behalf must have permission to enter the awards.
  • The product must be fully developed and already on the Australian Market or ready to be launched at EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.
  • How significantly different is this product to other products on the market?
  • How well does this product solve a problem?
  • Quality of the design / build of the product

The Innovation award celebrates new and innovative products designed for horses such as horse wear, saddlery, horse keeping, feeds & supplements.

This award is for products that have not been on the world market for more than 24 months and are either significantly different to what is currently available on the market, or seek to improve what is already out there.

  • The business entering the awards must be an exhibitor at EQUITANA Melbourne 2018.
  • This product must not have been on the world market longer than 24 months prior to 15th November 2018.
  • This product should have stand out differences to what is currently available on the market.
  • Australian Distributors entering products on another Company’s behalf must have permission to enter the awards.
